IVH d.o.o. takes particular care to protect your personal data. All personal data provided are treated confidentially and used only for the purpose for which they were supplied. We handle your personal data with the utmost care, in accordance with applicable legislation and the highest processing standards. We safeguard your personal data through appropriate organizational measures, working procedures, advanced technological solutions, and external experts, with the aim of protecting them as effectively as possible. We use an appropriate level of protection and reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect collected data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access to personal data that have been transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

If you have ordered services offered by IVH d.o.o., such as website development, website maintenance, or subscriptions to web solutions, personal data are collected and processed to enter into a contract and exercise the rights and fulfill the obligations arising from that contractual relationship.
In exercising contractual rights and fulfilling contractual obligations, IVH d.o.o. processes your personal data for the following purposes: identifying the individual, preparing a proposal, entering into a contract, providing the ordered services, notifying you of changes, additional details, and instructions for using the services, resolving technical issues, objections, or complaints, billing for services, and other purposes necessary to perform or establish the contractual relationship between Wizart and the individual.
When billing for services, we also obtain and process your address to issue invoices correctly in accordance with tax regulations.
On the basis of legitimate interests, we use your personal data to detect and prevent fraudulent use and misuse of services, ensure the stable and secure operation of our system and services, implement information security measures, meet service quality requirements, and detect technical faults in systems and services.
On the basis of legitimate interests, we also use your personal data for potential enforcement proceedings and judicial or out-of-court debt collection.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, where misuse is suspected, IVH d.o.o. may process individuals' data to an appropriate and proportionate extent to identify and prevent possible fraud or misuse. Where appropriate, it may also disclose these data to other providers of similar services, business partners, the police, the public prosecutor's office, or other competent authorities. To prevent future misuse or fraud, records of confirmed misuse or fraud associated with an individual, including subscription information and, for example, an IP address, may be retained for five years after the business relationship ends.
Data processing may also be based on the consent you have given to Wizart.
Consent may, for example, cover notifications about offers, benefits, and improvements to IVH d.o.o.'s services. These notifications aim to align services with your needs and wishes and increase their usefulness to you. Notifications are sent through the channels you selected in your consent. You may opt out at any time in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time in the same way it was given or by another method specified in this Privacy Policy. IVH d.o.o. reserves the right to verify the client's identity. Consent can also be changed by emailing info@wizart.si or sending a written request to Wizart's registered office.
Withdrawal or amendment of consent applies only to data processed on the basis of your consent. The most recent consent we have received is the one that applies. The ability to withdraw consent does not constitute a right to withdraw from the individual's business relationship with Wizart.
Unless consent is withdrawn, data covered by your consent are processed for up to two years after the business relationship with Wizart ends.
Where necessary, we will authorize other companies and individuals to perform certain tasks contributing to our services. In such cases, IVH d.o.o. may disclose personal data to carefully selected external processors that enter into a data processing agreement, an equivalent arrangement, or another binding document with Wizart (hereinafter the “Data Processing Agreement”). We will disclose or make such data available to external processors only to the extent required for a specific purpose. External processors may not use the data for any other purpose and must comply with at least all personal data processing standards required by applicable legislation. External processors are contractually obliged to Wizart to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data.
On receipt of a reasoned request, IVH d.o.o. also discloses personal data to competent public authorities that have a legal basis for obtaining them. For example, IVH d.o.o. will respond to requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, and other public authorities, including authorities of another EU Member State.
Retention periods depend on the category of data. We retain data no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or subsequently processed, or until the relevant limitation periods for fulfilling obligations or legally prescribed retention periods expire.
Billing data and related contact details may be retained for the fulfillment of contractual obligations until services are paid in full, or at most until the limitation period for the relevant claim expires, which may range from one to five years under the law. Invoices are retained for 10 years after the end of the year to which they relate, in accordance with the law governing value added tax.
Other data obtained on the basis of your consent are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for 2 years after it ends, unless the law requires a longer retention period. If an individual who consented to personal data processing did not enter into a business relationship with us, their consent remains valid for 2 years from the date it was given or until withdrawn.
After the retention period expires, data are deleted, destroyed, blocked, or anonymized, unless the law provides otherwise for a particular type of data.
We ensure that you can exercise your rights regarding personal data processing without undue delay. We will decide on your request within one month of receiving it. Where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by up to two additional months.
